You are responsible for all activity under your account;

Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. License & Ownership

You retain all rights to prompts and materials you upload;

We grant you a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use Generated Content for personal or commercial purposes;

You grant us a non-exclusive right to display Generated Content to operate, improve, or promote the Service (opt-out available in settings).

5. Prohibited Uses

No illegal, obscene, hateful, violent, IP-infringing, or sensitive-personal-data content; no reverse-engineering, interference, or violation of third-party AI API policies.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates Google AdSense, Creem, OpenAI, etc. You must also comply with their terms and privacy policies. We are not liable for their availability or accuracy.

7. Copyright Complaints

Send DMCA-formatted notices to copyright@birthdaywishes.app. We respond within 5 business days.

8. Disclaimer

Service is provided “as is”. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for any loss arising from use or inability to use the Service.
